Busy at peak times

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never written a review before but it was actually horrible. We were served at about 1:30 ish but upon stopping to eat discovered we weren’t given our chips or mc plant. We went back and informed a lovely girl at the intercom and was directed to the collection window where in which we were told they don’t serve mc plants and we could get chicken selects instead. Which is crazy to say to a vegan. We informed the employee who got there manager who said the same and said we couldn’t get anything without a receipt. We informed her that we asked for one but weren’t given one and she slammed the door in our faces. The door was slammed multiple times in our faces while the manger made faces at us and co workers after speaking to us. We also saw her giving out to the employee on the intercom who was lovely and helpful and it was awful to see. We eventually got the mc plant where she practically threw our food at us and slammed the door in our faces with no word or apology. It’s not only put me off the company itself but the branch. I never want to give my money to someone who doesn’t know how to treat people especially there coworkers. As a manger myself I never want to see that happen to anyone.

I visited this establishment under a duty for my Goddaughter. I was never a fan....but I was pleasantly surprised 🤨. This fast food joint was extremely clean, modern and attractive to be in. Order via screens, and plenty of them .I was very busy at the time but the service was very speedy. The food was of good quality for a McD's. Good parking, but could need a few more parking bays for the busy times. It had a drive through. Menu was quite extensive. The restaurant had plenty of seating and tables. Very popular with the children. Basically it has changed my younger view of this brand.

Quality of food is poor.Old/stale bread and lettuce on burgers. Not the first time I have experienced it from this branch, that's why I have decided to write a review. Manager needs to do better.
